The IE issue has been resolved: just make sure that is you are using IE,
"Compatibility View" (under the Tools menu) is off - MS uses a strange
(parochial) interpretation of the term "Compatibility.

This time it is for real - with apologies for last week's false alarm.
With one caveat, however:
if you are using IE, you may have trouble navigating since IE does not
fully support the standard; but it is complicated:
IE7 and IE8 under Vista have a problem, but IE9 seems OK and IE8
appears to work under Windows 7.
