[Adass-announce] Tutorials and the BoFs at ADASS XXVI

Dear all,

The ADASS POC has selected the Tutorials and the BoFs to be held at the 
ADASS XXVI conference in Trieste.
Attendance to both BoFs and Tutorials is free of charge. The fee 
originally set for attendance to Tutorials has been waived.

Tutorials will be held on Sunday 16 October starting at 14:00 and ending 
at 18:30. They are:
-     S. O’Toole - Everything you’ve heard about Agile development is wrong
-     T. Robitaille - Multi-dimensional linked data exploration with glue

BoFs will be held at the end of the afternoon sessions of Monday, 
Tuesday and Wednesday, e.g. starting around 17:00. The selected BoFs are:
-Operations in the era of large distributed telescopes (Y. Grange et al.)
-FITS (Flexible Image Transport System) and Data Representations WG (L. 
Chiappetti et al.)
-Implementing Ideas for Improving Software Citation and Credit (P. 
Teuben et al.)
-The Astropy Project - community discussion and feedback (T. Robitaille)
