[Adass-announce] ADASS XXI - Deadline for Conference Proceedings (5 November)

A reminder to all ADASS XXI authors:

The deadline for providing ADASS XXI papers is approaching (5 November).

The Proceedings of the ADASS XXI meeting will be published by The 
Astronomical Society of the Pacific (ASP), and one copy is included as 
part of the registration fee. In addition, ASP has promised immediate 
open access to all papers in this year's proceedings. The publication of 
the proceedings is on a tight schedule in order to meet a 6-month 
publication deadline.

ADASS XXI authors contributing to the proceedings are required this year 
to provide their papers by 5 November 2011 at the latest. Following this 
initial submission,  it will be possible to update the papers up to two 
weeks following the end of  the conference (deadline 25 November 2011).

The instructions for this year's proceedings are available at:

and are based on the same ASP 2010 template as last year.

The manuscript (with title, abstract, draft text) has to be uploaded on 
the conference ftp site (ftp://ftp.eso.org/projects/adass/papers) before 
5 November to be included in the proceedings. Questions to the editors 
(proc.adass2011 at obspm.fr)  will only be addressed until 2 November 2011.
